Christmas eve 2004 I spent in an injection molding plant in Shanghai trying to get little silicone parts to mold without any flash or cavities. At about 1 am Christmas day, with puddles freezing to ice on the ground outside, and no real insulation in the factory, we were all clustered around the molding machines which were running at 180°C. Not quite a roaring fire but you make do.
