I asked Zak to help me with another photo....
but of course it was impossible to get the photo I wanted before he threw in a Zaklander, "Blue Steel".

Whippersnipper Kid
Never too young to get them helping around the house!
If my nephew is going to stay with us, he is going to earn his keep!

Decommission
20 years ago, we built a machine (actually we built three machines - but this one was first among equals.) The particular machine's name was "Audrey", named after the man eating plant from the Little Shop of Horrors. She had tried (and failed) to eat a number of us during the commissioning.
Now after making in the order of 20000000 products for the company, it has now been decommissioned.
As the original engineers who thought her up, built her and made her run, it was a bittersweet moment for Ian and me.

Vector of Intention.
I am doing a robotics course at the moment... Playing with matrices and vectors and all sorts of things that I have not used for 2 decades. It might be affecting how I am seeing things!

Mountain walking...
from a few weeks ago....
up in the glasshouse mountains.
Just taking a break at the top of Mount Ngungun (yup, that is its real name).

Cobb and Co Museum Exhibition
I have a couple of prints hanging in an exhibition by the Toowoomba Photographic Society, at the Cobb and Co Museum.
There is definitely something special to seeing people enjoying something you created.
